ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd and 4th respondents. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd and 4th respondents herein, the enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry it was found that in respect of the above said issue a suit in O.S.No.537 of 2022 was filed by the petitioner against the 3rd and 4th respondents herein before the District Court, Chengalpattu. Now it is pending. In view of the above, the complaint has been closed. Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this case. The matter has become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed of as infructuous.
