ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner under the compassionate ground in any of the suitable post by considering his educational qualification based on his representation, dated 02.04.2025 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had made a representation seeking compassionate ground which is still pending with the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
