O RDER This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.21 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent police completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for the exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, Sivagangai and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.85 of 2023.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
