ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to register a case against one Mushamil on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by non-registration of FIR, it is open to her to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known law. There shall be no order as to costs.
