ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to defer the departmental proceedings based on the charge memo, dated 06.01.2017, by considering the petitioner's explanation, dated 30.01.2017 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the departmental proceedings were concluded and the punishment of censure was imposed against the petitioner and all the retirement benefits were also settled to the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
