Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 47 (A)(10) of Indian Stamp Act to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in the first respondent K.K.vz;.57191/ vz;.4 / 09 dated 18.11.2009, quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the first respondent to take the appeal filed by him on 04.11.2009 on his file and enquire the same in accordance with law.

JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant has filed appeal against the order rejecting the application for condoning the delay in filing the appeal and consequently, challenging the order directing the appellant to pay additional Registration fee of Rs.27,898/-. He further submitted that pending Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the petitioner paid the said amount and the respondents returned the document and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
