Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died in the year 2022 itself. He would also submit that subsequent to the death of the petitioner, her daughter, namely, Santhi is receiving the family pension and in view of the said fact, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

2. After recording the aforementioned submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
