This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondent No.2 to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 and consequently, direct the respondent No.1 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.2 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.06.2017 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the respondent police has conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, no complaint is pending as against the petitioner herein.
