ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.0387/2017-1, dated 22.06.2017 and consequently directing the respondents to regularize the suspension period of the petitioner and other benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 30.04.2022 and he was permitted to retire from service without prejudice to the disciplinary action pending against him.

In view of the subsequent development, on filing the Writ Petition, the order challenging the suspension does not survive for adjudication and therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
