Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only request made in the writ petition is for directing the respondent to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry.

3. The learned Standing counsel states that without getting report from the Indian Embassy, at Riyadh and verification report from the Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli, the respondent will not be in a position to pass final order.
