PRAYER : Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai, Kaur District and Transfer the same to the learned Family Judge, Thanjavur or any other competent Court inside the Thanjavur District. ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Court Kulithalai, Karur District to Family Court, Thanjavur. 1/4

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife, she is residing in her parental home due to matrimonial dispute and she finds it difficult to travel from Thanjavur to Kulithalai for every hearing.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband has no objection for transferring the same to Family Court, Thanjavur.

4. Considering the above said facts, H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2022 on the file of Sub Court, Kulithalai, Karur District is hereby withdrawn and the same is transferred to Family Court, Thanjavur.

5. With the above said direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
