Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, directing the respondents to conduct fair Investigation in Crime No.155 of 2025 on their file, to take effective steps to secure the accused and to file final report within a stipulated time as per the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to conduct a fair investigation in Crime No.155 of 2025 and to file final report based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent is conducting an effective investigation in Crime No.155 of 2025 and Final Report would be filed within a period of six weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the Final Report before the concerned Court within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
