O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation dated 08.07.2023 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2.Challenging the alteration report filed by deleting one Nanish Kumar from the array of the accused, this petition has been filed on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.07.2023. In the representation it has been stated by the petitioner that the deleted person Nanish Kumar is responsible for the unfortunate death and suicide committed by his daughter.

3.Perusal of CD file just indicates that the accused person namely Priya was giving unnecessary trouble to the deceased stating that she is having some sort of illegal intimacy with Nanish Kumar. Because of that only, the alleged suicide happened. In the above said allegation made against the accused, Nanish Kumar is no way involved. I find no reason to entertain this petition. If the petitioner got any grievance, during the course of trial process, she can workout her remedy. This petition 2/4

deserves to be dismissed.
