Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of passport.

3. Since S.T.C.No.1575 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, is pending, the petitioner can as well move the jurisdictional Magistrate for the relief that is now sought for. If any miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioner before the jurisdictional Magistrate, the same shall be disposed of within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
