ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 308(5), 351(3) of BNS (hereinafter referred to as new penal code) and Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.646 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16493 of 2024 was dismissed on merits by order dated 30.09.2024. 3.Since there are no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
