PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13399 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13399 of 2025, dated 12.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner belongs to Rajasthan, he is not able to produce a solvency certificate.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner belongs to to Rajasthan, the condition in paragraph No.6 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13399 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) instead of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only). Further, the time for production of sureties is extended by a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
