ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents not to make changes in the revenue records in respect of the above mentioned properties.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/4

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that Survey No.115/13 is classified as Tharisu and except the Survey Nos.985/2B, 986/2B and 987/3A, the remaining survey numbers stand in different names.

4. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.06.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
