ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus directing the first respondent to speedy trial to dispose the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Labour Conferment Permanent Status Act, 1981 in C.P.S.No.62 of 2011 on the file of the Inspector of Labour, The Inspector of Labour Office, Dindigul.
