: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in her proceedings in Na.Ka.No.21663/G3/2011 dated 18.04.2017 and the consequential notification issued by the fourth respondent in "The Hindu" Daily Newspaper dated 08.06.2017 for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professor in the various departments and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the second respondent to issue orders to fill up sanctioned vacancies in the Department of Philosophy in the fourth respondent College with a consequential direction to the fourth respondent to fill up 4 vacancies of Assistant Professor in Philosophy within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
