The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that pending this writ petition, the amount had been recovered and in view of the recovery of the amount, the order of attachment has also been raised.

2. In view of the said statement, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition, as the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petitions stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
