PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents, not to harass the petitioner under the threat of foisting false criminal cases and the preventive action u/s.110 of Criminal Procedure code based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2023. O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents, not to harass the petitioner under the threat of foisting false criminal cases and the preventive action u/s.110 of Criminal Procedure code based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2023.

2. An earlier application was dismissed by this Court, dated 25.04.2023. At that time, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one previous case is pending against the petitioner. Only because of that, he has been under surveillance. Except that, there is no harassment made by the respondents.

3. Now it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is involved in six previous cases and he is a history sheeted person. Only for watching the movement of the petitioner, he is kept under surveillance. Except that there is no harassment to the petitioner.

4. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents continuously harassing the petitioner. 2/4

5. In the light of the conduct and bad antecedent of the petitioner, he is not entitled for any discretionary relief by this Court. Hence, this petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
