ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass this petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of false complaints lodged by the third respondent and also not to insist this petitioner to settle the illegal claims of the third respondent under the pretext of booking them under false cases.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. The same is recorded.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19208 of 2019 3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
