ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in E.P.No.76 of 2018 in Chit Petition No.57 of 2016, dated 27.09.2023 and Garnishee order, dated 03.10.2023 and 13.10.2023 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.11.2023, taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 24.11.2023 for getting instructions with regard to the deposit of the decreetal amount and thereafter, there was no representation for the past two hearings and hence, the matter was adjourned to 08.12.2023 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,08.12.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
