ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.5, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.08.2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 323, 324, 307 and 341 of IPC in S.C. No. 116 of 2020 on the file of the Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ambasamudiram, seeks bail.

2. This Court does not find any change in circumstances. Already, time frame has been fixed for completion of trial. Hence, the trial Court is expected to comply with the condition and complete the case within the time frame. If in case there is any delay in completing the trial, it is left open to the petitioner to approach this Court.
