In this Criminal Original Petition challenge is made to the First Information Report.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the case after investigation culminated in a charge sheet, which was taken on file in Special C.C.No.7 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Cases/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal original petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings in a manner known to law.
