ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.204 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue has been amicably settled in between the parties and hence, this Court may permit the petitioner and the defacto complainant to produce the compromise memo before the first respondent police and this Court may also issue a direction to the first respondent Police to close the case as "Action Dropped". 3.In view of the above, the first respondent Police is directed to close the case in Cr.No.204 of 2022 as "Action Dropped" based on the compromise memo produced by the parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
