ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 3 to 6 is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the alienations made by the private respondents herein in respect of the petition mentioned property. It appears that the petitioner is also a joint shareholder. The petitioner has to necessarily establish his rights only before the jurisdictional civil 2/4

Court. The petitioner can very well seek the relief of partition and also the relief of declaration in respect of the impugned transactions before the civil Court. Filing a writ petition is not appropriate. 3.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
