Seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No. 14 of 1/4

2024, on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners/A3 & A4 have approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 14 of 2024 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodi, by deleting the fourth accused as he is not having any role in the commission of offence. He further submits that Crl.MP.No.159 of 2025 is pending before the Magistrate Court, in this regard. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed, by deleting the fourth accused, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
