This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide necessary police protection to petitioner as well as his family members in the light of his representation, dated 30.09.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on a complaint given by the petitioner enquiry has been initiated in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 19256 of 2019 CSR No. 434 of 2019 and found that a civil dispute is pending between the parties and the parties have been advised to approach the appropriate Civil Forum. The statement is recorded.
