Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PALANI VELAYUTHAM S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAY GANDHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD).No.14000 of 2023 in Crl.R.C(MD).No.1102 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 2/4
