This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for her willful disobedience of the order dated 19.12.2023, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.22809 of 2023. Page No. 1 of 3

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the final report had been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur, on 17.01.2025 by way of e-filing. At the time of filing the final report, the names of four persons were deleted. Following this, notice was sent to the de facto complainant for filing objections.

3. In view of the above, the matter has now become infructuous. Thus, this Contempt Petition is closed.
