ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of harassment of Women Act, 2003 altered into Sections 294(b), 306 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.168 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a collection agent cum Head of Gramavidiyal Micro Finance Company. On 15.06.2023, the petitioner alleged to have insisted the deceased to settle the arrear amount. On that basis, on 22.06.2023, at about 8.20 a.m., when the defacto complainant went to the duty, the deceased called the defacto complainant to come to home. He rushed to his house and found his wife unconscious. He took his wife to the hospital. There the deceased told the defacto complainant that on the pressure given by accused persons, she consumed tablets. One week later, the defacto complainant's wife died. Hence, case has been registered.

3. This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier anticipatory application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 07.09.2023. Now I find absolutely, no change of circumstances to entertain this petition.
