This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.83 of 2020 dated 22.03.2020 on the file of the 1st Respondent Inspector of Police, Mandapam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same and all further proceedings.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram in C.C.No.220 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
