ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent in Ka.No.U.Me.Po/Ko.Kee/Aatchapanai/Na /No.17, dated 27.01.2017 and for the consequential direction to the first respondent to provide the electricity connection to the petitioner.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that pending this litigation, the suit went against the second respondent. However, in an appeal suit, the same had been reversed in favour of the second respondent and therefore he would seek liberty to approach the authority concerned for remedying his grievances.

4. In fine, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution with liberty to the second respondent to approach authority concerned pursuant to the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.23 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani, dated 07.08.2018 as and when the second respondent approaches the concerned authority. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
