O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Rajendran, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.629 of 2022 by the Devakottai Town Police Station.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in S.P.Current Paper N4/12769/3646/22. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from today.
