ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to provide electricity connection to the agricultural land situated in Survey No.993, Therukku Karaseri Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first and second respondents submits that the said land belongs to the third respondent Mutt and a well situated in the land was already dried and therefore, there is no necessity for providing electricity service connection in that land.
4. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
