This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 652 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.6,173/- in C.M.A. (MD)SR No.79893 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objections to this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
