ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted in favour of the second and third respondents by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.4102 of 2024, by order, dated 12.08.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. 3.The main ground on which this petition has been filed is that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge directed the second and third respondents to report before the first respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m.

, for a period of three weeks and this condition was not complied with even for one day and the second ground is that even during the pendency of this case, yet another attack was made on the petitioner and complaint was also given in this regard. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) produced the written instructions received from the first respondent. It shows that the second and third respondents have not appeared before the first respondent Police even for a single day to comply with the condition.

5.It is therefore clear that the condition imposed by this Court has not 2/4

been complied with by the respondents 2 and 3 even for a single day. In such an event, there is no other option except to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to R2 and R3.
