ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants to register the petition mentioned decree.

3. Since the second respondent declined to do so and instantly, issued the refusal check slip, the present writ petition came to be filed.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner can very well approach the second respondent in person and submit the application along with the petition mentioned Judgement and decree and that the second respondent would register the same subject to fulfilment of the usual formalities.

5. The second respondent is directed to register the petition mentioned Judgment and decree. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
