ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by interfering in the civil dispute.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already FIR has been registered against the petitioner under the Arms Act in Crime No.740 of 2024.

3. The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner. But a case has been registered as against the petitioner. For investigation purpose only they called the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
