ORDER
The petitioner filed this writ petition for a mandamus restraining the respondents 1 & 2 from granting any permission, license or approval in respect of the land in S.Nos.958/27, 959/27, 959/40, 959/41 of Azagiapandiapuram Village, Manur Taluk, Tirunelveli Distrit, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2017. 2.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the third 2/4
respondent at the stage of second appeal. The third respondent has obtained an interim order in his favour in the second appeal. In view of the interim order passed by this Court in the second appeal, the officials have granted electricity connection in respect of the subject property. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy based on the outcome of the pending second appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
