Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS. MURUGAN.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19998 of 2022, dated 11.11.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19998 of 2022, dated 11.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P(MD)No.571 of 2023 further orders and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
