To call for the records relating to the order of conviction in STC.No.1969 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli dated.26.10.2017 which is confirmed in Crl.A.No.110 of 2017 on the file of the II-Additional District and Sessions Court,Tiruchirappalli dated 10.08.2022 and set aside the same and acquit the petitioner Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH S, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.14879 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.1185 of 2021 on 01.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
