2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that due to non appearance of the petitioners NBW was issued on 06.07.2023 and the same is pending before the trial Court and hence, strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court and on such surrender, the trial Court is directed to consider the petition filed by the petitioner on its own merits on the same day itself.
