ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.02.2024 and grant benefits in accordance to the two G.O's namely, G.O(Ms)No.312 Health and Family Welfare (EAP II-2) Department, dated 26.12.2013 and G.O(Ms)No.232 Health and Family Welfare (EAP II-2) Department, dated 13.06.2018 and second respondent resolution No.H6/18850/2018, dated 17.10.2018.

2. Even though the writ petitioner had approached this Court for revision of pay in consonance with the Government orders issued in that 2/5

regard, the petitioner has also made a representation on 01.02.2024 to the second respondent which is pending consideration. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.02.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and also in consonance with the Government orders, dated 26.12.2013 and 13.06.2018 and pass orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
