This writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Pa.Mu.(A4)693/2016 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.01.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 22.01.2021, and on that day also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 01.02.2021.

3.Even today ((i.e on 01.02.2021), there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
