The petitioner has sought for a direction to the the 2nd respondent to hand over the custody of the petitioner's two-wheeler bearing Registration No.TN 59 BM 4263 by considering his representation, dated 25.08.2025. 1/3

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the two wheeler bearing Registration No.TN 59 BM 4263 is handed over to the petitioner based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.08.2025.

3. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
