Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to accept the beneficiary list which was made by the petitioner and consequently directing the 2nd Respondent to implement the scheme of the 1st respondent (Additional District Collector) in Consonance with his proceedings in Rc.B5/97534/78 dated 14.02.1980 in TS Nos:31/2 and 31/4 which is located in Puthur, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 27.12.2022 & 10.05.2023. This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the 1st respondent to accept the beneficiary list which was made by the petitioner and consequently directing the 2nd Respondent to implement the scheme of the 1st respondent (Additional District Collector) in Consonance with his proceedings in Rc.B5/97534/78 dated 14.02.1980 in TS Nos:31/2 and 31/4 which is located in Puthur, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 27.12.2022 & 10.05.2023. 2/4

2. The petitioner made a representation on 10.05.2023 seeking to accept the beneficiary list which was made by the petitioner and to implement the scheme of the 1st respondent (Additional District Collector) in Consonance with his proceedings in Rc.B5/97534/78 dated 14.02.1980 in TS Nos:31/2 and 31/4 which is located in Puthur, Trichy District. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2023, as early as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
