This Writ Petition is filed for direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner's salary for the month of December 2016, with 18% interest, annual increment for the year 2016 from 01.07.2016, DA arrears, Surrender leave salary and direct the third and fifth respondents to continue the petitioner in the School Committee Meetings, as he is the only one aided non teaching staff in the petitioner school, and also to forward his GPF loan application for getting his loan amount and Pongal festival advance application and also direct the respondents to restore his office work and permit him to sign in the acquittance register.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5.

3.Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, at the time of hearing the learned counsel would submit that he may be permitted to submit a fresh representation to the concerned respondent in the subject matter in issue and the respondent concerned may be directed to consider the said representation with the time limit fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent and if any such representation is received, the second respondent is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
