The petitioner had filed an application for patta on 04.02.2024. The said application was rejected by order dated 04.02.2024. Challenging the said order, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Seeking early disposal thereof, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of all the respondents. He states that the Revenue Divisional Officer would consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within three (3) months.
